You will need to schedule an appointment to come pickup your order via our Free Curbside Pickup.
When you are checking out, you just check the box to create an account.
All orders must be picked up via our Free Curbside Pickup.

We do charge Sales Tax of 8.25% on all transactions in accordance with Texas Sales and Use Tax law.
We do not ship products. You must come to our Local Curbside Pickup location in Dallas, Texas.
All items you order will be packaged in the same container when you pick them up.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee as long as the item(s) are in the same condition as you picked them up.
This should not happen. When you pickup your item, we will confirm the items that you ordered and show them to you one by one.
We will show you all of the items that you ordered when you come to our curbside pickup location before you make payment.

Yes, if you need to cancel or change your order, you can do so at any time. You will need to pay for your order when you arrive at the curbside pickup location.
We do not offer Pre-orders per TLC’s Life Changer Policy. If you need to order an item that Total Life Changes sells that we do not have in stock, feel free to call us and we can order the product directly for you, or special order the item and when it arrives in Dallas, you can come pick it up and pay for the item at that time.
